When Michael Bruss founded Bruss Construction, Inc. 25 years ago, his goal was to create a different kind of company, one that was based on a cooperative, integrative approach to design and construction. The result is a dynamic team process that brings together the owner, builder, design professionals, and subcontractors to address everything from budget to schedule to building details. We understand that it takes great teamwork to plan and execute a successful project.

Construction Project Delivery Systems
At Bruss Construction, Inc., we believe that the sooner the owner involves us in the construction process, the more value we can add to the project. We act as a building owner's advocate, working collaboratively with the owner, architect, and engineering team to develop a comprehensive design that can be built within the project's budget.
We use our 25-year project cost database and state-of- the-art quantity survey and estimating software to provide detailed and accurate estimates for costs throughout the design process, knowing which aspects are of special importance to the owner. We also work with an experienced pool of over 300 pre-qualified subcontractors to ensure exceptional cost-efficiency and to keep budgets on track.
We have chosen not to operate in the public bid sector of our industry. The experience, creativity, and cost-saving opportunities we add to the design process are too often lost as a result of the open bid process.
